HIPS and Slimming World working together

Slimming world at Lordswood Scout Hut held a ‘chocolate and goodies amnesty’ after Christmas to help their members stay on plan, and kindly donated the items to HIPS. On Tuesday 17th January, they presented HIPS with their haul.

The goodies will be used at the forthcoming HIPS Fundraiser on St.Patrick’s Day at Lordswood Sports and Social Club on Friday 17th March at 7.30pm. The event promises an evening of good music by a local band, ‘Notify the Band’, and food is included in the ticket price of just £15. Raffle prizes and ‘Paddy’s Prizes’ will also be part of the fun!
